The Board of Directors voted to accept the following Reserve Fund Study at their meeting on May 10, 2008. This completes the requirement imposed by Virginia Statute to accomplish such a study every five years. The study examines both near-term and long range needs and makes recommendations for needed actions. The study will be reviewed every year for the next several years, and then completely redone in five years, in accordance with the law.
